Yes, The Beanie Factory provides a digital sample of your private-label beanies for approval before production begins.
Does The Beanie Factory offer customization options for private labels?
Yes! The Beanie Base, Beanie Flex, Beanie Pro, and Beanie Kids are all customizable with your logo and with your choice of colors. The Beanie Flex allows for the addition of pompoms and hat patterns.
Where does The Beanie Factory manufacture private-label products?
All products are made in our factory in Parma, Ohio
How do I place a private label order with The Beanie Factory?
For order sizes between 60 and 5,000 units, we accept blank hat orders through our webstore. For blank hat orders of 5,001 or greater, you’ll place an order by contacting us.
All custom orders of any size are placed with a dedicated customer service specialist. You’ll choose your preferred colors, logo placement, and logo size. After emailing us your logo and submitting your order, you can expect to receive your digital proof in 24 hours. Production begins shortly after you approve the design.
Does The Beanie Factory offer different sizes?
All Beanie Factory designs are one size fits most adults, along with kids and infant sizes. Each hat has plenty of stretch, so it can fit varying head sizes and shapes.
Does The Beanie Factory accept credit cards?
Yes, you can pay for your order with any major credit card.

Yes, you may select expedited shipping when placing your private-label order.
