Our production facility is built to handle any quantity you need. The only difference is how you order the quantity you need.

Order sizes from 60 to 5,000 hats can be ordered directly from our website, while orders of 5,001 or more are made by contacting our customer service representatives.

Yes! We accept online orders of up to 5,000 hats. Larger orders can be made by calling or emailing us.

For online orders, after paying for your Beanie Base hats, you’ll upload your logo to our website. The website will produce a digital proof within 24 hours of ordering. Approve your proof online, or let us know how to make it right. Once approved, we get right to manufacturing your order right from our Parma, Ohio factory.

Contact our Customer Service department to request a blank hat sample.

All logos are laser-engraved onto the leatherette patch, which is then sewn to the front of the hat.

Your logo will be engraved in black. This is done for the highest-possible contrast and to ensure longevity of your logo’s visibility.
