  3. Pick a patch and upload your logo. Ordering blank beanies? Skip this step!
  4. Place your order right on the website. (Ordering more than 5,001 caps? Call a customer service rep.)
  5. If you added a logo to your custom beanie, you’ll receive a proof in about 24 hours.
  6. Approve the proof.

Which hat models from The Beanie Factory are customizable?

The Beanie Base, Beanie Flex, and Beanie Pro are all customizable to a degree. For the largest range of customization options, order the Beanie Flex. This cap option allows you to select from additional patterns and to add a pom pom, in addition to our standard customization options.

For the Beanie Base and the Beanie Pro, you can make the hats yours from our standard customization options. Choose from 12 colors, add one of 14 leatherette patches available in three colors, and select cuffed or uncuffed styles.
Do you make custom beanies for kids?

Yes! Our hats are available in adult and kids sizes.
What size are the beanies?

The hats are one size fits most, with good stretch so they can accommodate many size heads.
Are The Beanie Factory hats for men or women?

The Beanie Factory knit caps are designed for unisex wear.
Does The Beanie Factory make cuffed or uncuffed beanie styles?

Yes! All our hats are available in cuffed and uncuffed models.
What is the H Stitch?

The H-Stitch is a lay-flat stitch that goes across the top of the beanie. This design eliminates bunching so the caps fit under helmets and hoods comfortably. The stitch is also styled to be irritation-free, ideal for long-term wear and for those with sensory sensitivities. 

The H-Stitch is a patented design exclusively owned and licensed by The Beanie Factory and is not available from any other manufacturer.

Pompoms are available in the same 12 colors that match our always-in-stock color options:

If you’re ordering a custom color, we can dye the pompoms to match.

Our pompoms are handcrafted and made of the same 100% acrylic material as our beanies. They are made in the United States alongside our hats and leatherette patches.
Can I buy one cap for myself from The Beanie Factory?

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) to buy hats from The Beanie Factory?

MOQs are small, starting at just 60 units. You can buy any of our beanie models at these quantities.
What size orders do you accept online?

You can place wholesale or private label orders of up to 5,000 beanies directly on our website.
How do I place a very large wholesale or private label beanie order?

Custom beanie orders larger than 5,001 units are placed with one of our customer service representatives. Call or email us anytime to start your order.
