All customization orders must be placed via phone or email. Call (216) 389-9253 or email us at CR@TBFUS.com to begin customizing the kids hats.

Here’s how customization works at The Beanie Factory:

  • Email us the logo, customization type, and any notes.
  • Receive a free digital mockup 24 hours after we confirm your order.
  • Approve the mockup and get your quote.
  • Confirm your order and payment to start production.

Custom colors available for bulk orders (10,000+ units, 2–3 month lead time). All beanies are knit, cut, and sewn in Cleveland/Parma Ohio.

We handle custom leatherette right here in-house. For embroidery, woven patches, printed labels, custom tags, and more, please allow additional lead time.

Beanie Kids Ordering FAQs
How many units minimum do I need to order for Beanie Kids?

The MOQ is 60. There are no order maximums.

How do I place a wholesale beanie order for kids?

Order sizes from 60 to 5,000 hats can be ordered directly from our website, while orders of 5,001 or more are made by contacting our customer service representatives. 

Please note that we only process blank hat orders on our website. For customization on any order size, call or email us.

Can I order Beanie Kids online for wholesale or private label?

Yes! You can order blank or customized beanies for kids with us. We accept online orders for up to 5,000 blank beanies. Larger orders and orders of any size with customization can be made by calling or emailing us.
How do I approve my logo proof?

When you place your custom order with our specialists, you’ll email us your logo, as well as the type of customization you want and any additional notes you have. Within 24 hours, we’ll send you a free digital mockup. You either approve the mockup right then and there or let us know what needs to be adjusted to make your order perfect. Once you approve the mockup and your quote, we’ll collect payment and begin production in our Parma, Ohio factory.
Can I see an order sample?

Contact our customer service team. Email us with your company name and order number, and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
