About The Beanie Factory

The Beanie Factory was established to solve a problem. As a U.S. Army veteran, our founder Haidar Hamoud spent years in the field wearing tight, sweaty beanies that did nothing to alleviate the discomfort of his heavy uniform. 

When Haidar returned home, he set out to create a breathable, soft hat that stayed comfortable all day long — and all year long, suitable for all weather conditions. The resulting beanies, which use premium yarn and ditch the typical constricting elastic, prioritize practicality without sacrificing style.

Yes. You can buy anywhere from 60 to 5,000 blank beanies directly from our website. Visit our Shop page to order blanks of any style we offer.

What is the H-Stitch?

The H-stitch eliminates the uncomfortable crown pressure point found in traditional beanies by relocating the seam structure to the sides. This creates a smooth, adaptive fit that stays comfortable all day — even under helmets and hard hats. It’s exclusively available from The Beanie Factory, as we invented and patented the H-stitch.
