For blank hat or keychain order sizes 5,001 units or greater, or any size custom order of any item, place your order with a dedicated customer service representative.

All Beanie Factory designs are one size fits most. Each hat has plenty of stretch, so it can fit varying head sizes and shapes. We also offer kids’ and infant sizes, a great giveaway for toy companies, kids’ clothing brands, and baby item manufacturers.
